For the purposes of this programme we are treating the the Body/Mind/Spirit as 3 separate elements as that is the public perception of them, with encouragement to treat them as one. Take copy from original text. Mindtime is a routine you can do every day or whenever you find the time and whereever you may be. Mindtime is simply spending some time inside your mind and see what happens.. Mindtime is about training the Brain to understand why you behave the way you do and how to manage that process for a better outcome.
