DAILY ROUTINE
This is what I do most days.
I say most days because life gets in the way sometimes.
So I work on the 80/20 principle.
20% of the time I am going to get it wrong or didn't keep to my protocol and it doesn't worry me just so long as the average amount of time I get it right is around 80%.
You will need to experiment as I did and find out what works best for you to achieve a high level of natural immunity every day.
Your body is an incredible piece of kit.
Give it the healing tools it needs every day, so that if you do
become it it can heal you more quickly.
LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C

1 teaspoon - 4g every 2 hours up to 24g daily.
This is a therapeutic dose - its mega.
And it kills cancer cells.
The very first thing I have every morning after a glass of water.

LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C
Vitamin C protects against viruses.
And its 20 times stronger than anything you can buy in your health food shop.
Vitamin C is just amazing and for the science read Ascorbate.
Also read the book by Thomas E Levy MD.
His research on Vitamin C has over 1200 scientific references over a wide range of infectious diseases.
Liposomes in this context are tiny phospho-lipids containing Vitamin C.
They are so tiny they can penetrate the membrane and get into the bloodstream very quickly.
Those that do find their way into the stomach are not affected by the acid/alkaline ingestion process as ordinary ascorbic acid in powder or tablet form are.
Make your own - its cheap and easy to do.
Equipment
2 Pyrex - or similar - 1 litre and 2 litre - measuring jugs.
I medium saucepan - sterilised with boiling water - allow to cool.
1 Thermometer
1 non-steel whisk
Recipe
250ml Water- Distilled best - Deionised and filtered are ok - NOT TAP WATER.
330ml Vodka
160gm Ascorbic Acid - from Classikool or Special ingredients on Amazon
160gm Sunflower Lecithin Powder- Classikool or Special Ingredients on Amazon
Method
Measure and mix the Water and Vodka.
Pour this mixture into the small sterile saucepan already holding 160 g of the Ascorbic Acid.
Very slowly, heat the liquid remaining to below 32-35º, whilst stirring with a small whisk until complete dilution takes place and liquid becomes clear.
Pour the mixture into the 2itre glass measuring jug with the Lecithin and blend for 2 minutes.
Cool in a refrigerator.
After one hour blend again for 2 minutes.
Cool again in a refrigerator.
Repeat 3-4 times.
You don't have to do the next step if you don't have a ultrasonic bath - if just makes more liposomes.
Pour the mixture into the sonic bath and stir with a plastic whisk for 20-30 mins.
Do not exceed 32-35º.
Allow it to cool.
It doesn't always have to go in a fridge as I have found it thickens quite considerably - so ok to leave it in a cool place.
It is bitter to the taste so I would suggest a half a teaspoon of maple syrup taken first followed immediately by a teaspoon of the liposomal Vit C.
Dosage
Its anything up to bowel intolerance really!
So start with a teaspoon in the morning for a few days and then add a teaspoon in the afternoon/evening with food.
3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon and from a normal and not therapeutic dosage this is ok.
The therapeutic dose is much higher.

Reduce dosage for children by dilution in soft drinks.

Liposomal Vit C is very much stronger than Intravenous (IV ) Vitamin C and therefore much stronger than the Ascorbic acid you may get from a health food store.
